Our Classes
CROSSFIT
In-depth strength and conditioning program. Designed to build strength, power, skill, speed and fitness. Featuring specialist classes to improve your weightlifting and gymnastics skills.
FUNDAMENTALS
CROSSFIT
A class designed to improve the basics of CrossFit. Nothing too complex and will give you the confidence to hit regular CrossFit classes.
STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING
Baseline strength and conditioning program using mainly dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight. Built to lay the foundations of training.
CONDITIONING
Fitness based classes. Programmed to build your engine up and build that base of fitness with no strength or skill elements to think about.
CROSSFIT
GYMNASTICS
Specialist classes focused on developing gymnastics skills, strength, control and confidence in movements.
MOBILITY
Improve movement quality, flexibility and recovery with guided mobility work to keep you moving well and performing better.
RUN CLUB
Community run sessions for all levels. Build your aerobic base, improve endurance and connect with others.
